Every Body Is A Yoga Body! Yoga should be joyful and empowering. Yoga is a way of connecting with your body, nurturing your soul and practicing self compassion. Yoga is for people at all ages and stages of life.
I teach a blend of Hatha Flow, Yin Yang and restorative styles, with a focus on breath work, mindful movement and body awareness. My classes can range from dynamic to meditative and are always guided by the principals of safe alignment and the intention of awakening the teacher within each yogi.
